Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to gf66 (referred to herein as "gf66", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and gf66 governing your access to and use of the online casino and sports betting platform available at https://gf66.club and any associated mobile or desktop applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with gf66's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and gf66 relating to your use of the Platform.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the gf66 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you maintain an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. gf66 operates a strict 18+ policy and actively enforces age verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, partnership, or any other non-individual legal structure.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services.
• You must not currently hold, or previously have held, a gf66 account that was closed due to breach of these Terms, fraud, or bonus abuse.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Each account represents one individual player only.

Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration. To access gf66's betting and casino services, you must create a single registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (such as bKash or Nagad).

3.2 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one active gf66 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. gf66 employs automated systems to detect multi-accounting and will close duplicate accounts, retaining any balances pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All bets, transactions, and activities conducted through your account are your responsibility. gf66 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Reporting Breaches. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gf66 support at [email protected] immediately. gf66 may temporarily suspend your account to conduct a security review at its reasonable discretion.

3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). gf66 conducts identity verification in accordance with its KYC policy. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification when requested may have withdrawals withheld until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Currency. All transactions on gf66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). gf66 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. gf66 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. gf66 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount on gf66 is ৳500. gf66 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at its discretion, with updates communicated via the Platform.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed the KYC verification process. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical limitations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. gf66 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within one to four hours during standard operating periods, though processing times may vary during periods of high volume or for requests requiring additional verification.

4.5 Withdrawal Limits. gf66 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Any applicable limits will be communicated within the player's account cashier section. Players who have received bonuses may be subject to maximum cashout restrictions as specified in the relevant bonus terms.

4.6 Dormant Account Policy. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. gf66 reserves the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month against dormant account balances. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn upon reactivation of the account through customer support.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. gf66 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotional credits tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and free-bet winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus; any unused bonus funds will expire at the end of that period.

5.3 Eligible Games. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Sports betting wagers typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Slots and fish-shooting games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette, and certain other titles may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are disclosed in each promotion's terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. gf66 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or mathematically near-certain wagers to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors or glitches, or any coordinated strategy designed to extract value from bonus offers without genuine recreational play. Accounts involved in bonus abuse may be permanently closed.

5.5 Right to Modify Promotions. gf66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via the Platform or email where reasonably practicable.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Placement. All bets placed on gf66 are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager. gf66 will not be responsible for errors made by the player at the point of bet placement.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts per wager are set by gf66 and communicated within the relevant betting market or game interface. gf66 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual player at its discretion, without being required to state a reason.

6.3 Void Bets. gf66 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a technical or human error has resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed; (b) the outcome of an event has been materially affected by circumstances beyond normal sporting conditions; (c) there is evidence that the bet was placed with knowledge of a predetermined outcome; or (d) the event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body.

6.4 Casino Games. All casino games on gf66, including slots, live dealer tables, and fish-shooting games, use certified random number generation or live-streamed outcomes from regulated studios. Game results are final once the round is completed. Any malfunction or disconnection that occurs during a live game round will be resolved in accordance with gf66's technical dispute policy.

6.5 Live Betting. In-play betting markets may be suspended or settled at any point during a live event at gf66's discretion. Odds offered during live markets reflect real-time conditions and may change significantly between the time a bet is initiated and the time it is confirmed by the system.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gf66 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balances may be withheld pending investigation:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain any advantage over other players or gf66 itself.
• Registering or maintaining more than one gf66 account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, particularly live poker or other multiplayer formats.
• Exploiting any technical bug, glitch, or error in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are not legitimate and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access any area of the Platform or any other player's account without authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gf66 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any other intangible loss.

gf66's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gf66 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gf66 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. gf66 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

Privacy & Data

gf66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at gf66.club/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gf66 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

Amendments to These Terms

gf66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gf66 will provide notice via a prominent notification on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on your account at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your gf66 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deducting any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.2 Termination by gf66. gf66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification; (d) provision of false or misleading information; (e) prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; or (f) any other reason that gf66 reasonably considers to be in the best interests of the Platform's integrity or security.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending bets placed prior to termination will be settled in accordance with the standard rules. gf66 reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any investigation related to the reason for termination.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, gf66 encourages players to first contact the customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal proceedings. gf66 is committed to treating all player complaints fairly and transparently, and will acknowledge formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable local law.
